1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, as well as most European countries (available at checkout). If you can’t find your country at checkout, it means we currently don’t ship to your location.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.95 USD applies to all orders under $80 USD.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping on all orders of $80 USD or more.

Note: These shipping fees apply to all destinations we currently ship to.

3. Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. This processing time applies to all destinations we currently ship to.

4. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5–7 business days (excluding order processing time) for orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

For other destinations, delivery times may vary. The estimated transit time will be provided to the email address you provided at checkout once your order has been shipped.

Please note that unexpected circumstances such as customs delays or adverse weather conditions may affect delivery times.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your shipment on the carrier’s tracking page.

6. Delivery Notifications

You will receive email updates at key stages of your order, including order confirmation and shipping confirmation (with tracking details). Please ensure the email address you provided at checkout is accurate.

7. Order Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at support@checkcrafts.com.

We will do our best to update your information before the order is shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.
