1. Returns
1.1 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 90 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
1.2 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@checkcrafts.com to inform us of your intention to return the product.

Return Authorization & Address: Our support team will confirm your return request and provide the return address. Please do not send items back without return authorization.
- Package and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided by our support team.
1.3 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Original shipping fees and any duties/taxes are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
3. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 90 days from the date of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Defective Delivery
In the rare event that you receive a defective item, Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return and provide a prepaid shipping label.
6. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged product and will assist you with a return or replacement.
7. Incorrect Product
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide return instructions and cover all associated shipping costs.
8. Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us for assistance. We will investigate the issue and provide a solution based on the circumstances.
9. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order may already be in processing. If the order has already been shipped, please wait until it arrives and then request a return.
