1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
1.2 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Email us at [email protected] to inform us of your intention to return the product.
Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.
1.3 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
2. Refund
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 30 days. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Defective Delivery
In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide a prepaid shipping label.
6. Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged item and will assist in arranging a return or replacement.
7. Wrong Product
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for the return and cover any associated shipping costs.
8. Not Yet Arrived
If your order has not yet arrived, please contact us for assistance. We will investigate and provide a solution based on the circumstances.
9. Cancellation After Ordering
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, after the above time, orders cannot be canceled. Please wait for the product to arrive and proceed with the return.
