   We bought this product over 2 years ago when we adopted our second dog. I didn’t think that it would last for very long but it still works fine, over 2 years later. I want to point out that we use this every single time we take our dogs outside, so at least 10 times a day. I just ordered my second leash because one of the cords is starting to fray a little bit and it makes me nervous because our dogs do pull. But we are still going to keep it as a back up because it still does the job fine. I am so happy with this leash that I had to come let others know. This is the only leash I could find that was retractable for both dogs. I couldn’t ask for a better leash. This will be the only one that we continue to buy for our fur babies.

   We recently adopted our second dog and I had seen the ad for this leash months ago come across Facebook so I decided it HAD to be better than fumbling around on our walks when the dogs inevitably ran amok. We have a 1.5 year old lab/retriever mix (75 lbs.) and a 6 month old Chesapeake mix (30lbs) and they are wild, but this leash allows me to walk the two comfortably and stress-free. It also gives the pups their own independence while on the leash. Also the color-coded leads assist in figuring out which button to hit when trying to limit the distance ahead of you when on the walk. Hoping it holds up to the moments when the 75 lb. pup sees a squirrel, bike, other dog and runs full speed in that direction but it seems very sturdy so I'm extremely hopeful. HIGHLY recommend for those who have to walk their dogs (apt. renters) and want to do it without all the BS.

   I'm going to add my two cents about this leash because I saw several reviews say that it broke and was not good quality. I bought this several months ago, and have used it almost daily. I use it to walk several miles a day with two of my dogs, 25lbs abd 31lbs. They pull, especially the 25lb one. She is very strong and exuberant, she just turned 1yr. I was worried the constant pulling and tugging would cause the leash to break. It has not! The quality is very good, works as it should, preventing tangles as the dogs crisscross during our hikes. The padded handle is a wonderful bonus, much easier on my hands. I would give this leash an A+.

   Liked this leash at first for my Maltese and my Yorkiepoo. Tonight one side, the green side stopped working and will not catch to stop. Must have just received a dud. Can happen to all products. The company stood behind the product and I am SOOOOO glad to have my Wigzi leash back. Highly recommend this company and leash. It has been a life saver for me with my pups as they like to do their business at different "lengths" and this leash accomplishes this. It also is a breeze and keeps pups untangled!!!    This leash made walking my two dogs fun again! One of my dogs walks slow and the other one runs in front of him, then behind him - all over the place. They were always getting tangled up with two leashes and I would have one arm going one way and the other arm with the other leash going the complete opposite direction. Since I got this leash I can take them both out easily. When the puppy runs around the other dog, the leash just snaps back into place. I love this - no more tangles. The puppy will always stick close by now because she knows that the other dog (who weighs more) will just keep walking, and she will end up getting pulled that way, so now she just comes with the first slight tug from the other dog. If this leash ever breaks, I would immediately buy another one - I cannot take my two dogs for a walk without it.

   So far so good. This is an absolute GENIUS product. I hesitated to buy it for a while just because I’m weird that way, but after I tripped and fell in the street yesterday morning while trying to untangle 2 leashes, I was done and my hesitation disappeared. Thank goodness for same day delivery. The dogs didn’t notice any difference. The bright colors of the leashes and the brake control buttons are great when the sun starts to set. And the swivel works well. It may not immediately untangle the lines. In fact, they wrapped themselves around a few times, but it will do what it’s designed to do! If you’re hesitating, stop. Buy it and save yourself the drama.

   I love the concept. Love the product's ease of use. I adopted 2 small Chorkies from a rescue shelter. They weigh only 9 lbs, each of them. When I first got it it was great. Then the mechanism broke within a few weeks. I requested a return and replacement because I really like the idea of having to deal with only one leash. I like the idea of being able to lock one off when the other needs to do its duty. The company sent me another one without issues. I hope that the second one last longer without issues. It makes me nervous if the mechanism will again lock up and will become useless again. If it happens, will I have issues with the company then? Time will tell. But all and all, I really do like it its the one leash we all grab when its time to walk the little ones. I hope the company stands behind its work if it breaks. They do have a patent on it so I would only hope I never have to find out again.

   I can’t believe more companies don’t offer a leash like this. I don’t know what I’d do without it. Like other people said, sometimes you have to help it along to turn. It doesn’t really bother me. Its much easier than trying to handle three leashes at once. It also makes a pretty loud whirring sound when the leashes retract. That’s slightly obnoxious. I wish they offered options for longer leashes. I’ve only been using it for a couple weeks now, so I can’t speak to it’s quality as far as durability.
