   I bought it because I hsve fallen 2x this past year and needed help from my daughter. So after research I bought this Samsung to talk with connect with my phone. My eyes are bad and this watch has face with a very font that I can read the time, dste, and day of the week. And, the fall element sends a text to 3 people and a call to my daughter not to some operator. Tried it out works just as it is suppose to. So for me and my family it's great!

   The best thing about a smartwatch, for me, is the fact that I don't miss texts and phone calls anymore, because my wrist 'vibrates'! I'll slowly learn to use the other features, I have been able to do voice texts, and read my texts on the watch. I purchased stretchy bands for it, I can change the color, and they fit me much better than the silicone band that came on the watch. It's also much much easier to get the watch on and off. Samsung.... if you're reading this... stretch bands should be an option!

   The battery life is superior, I do a 12 hour shift and the battery last through out my shift very important. You have to wear the watch for the sleep app... I don't wear the watch to sleep, except for my impromptu naps. The mobile apps are big messengers and emails & text messages. The step counter is lovely. As well as the heart rate monitor. Wish it reminded me with an alarm to drink water but it only records when you enter it. They should really give u options on band color. However I'm loving the rose pink

   I love the versatility and ease of use of this smart watch. The sleep tracker really helps me to understand how I sleep. The health app helps me to stay on top of my activity and heart rate throughout my day. Also the ability to get all my phone notifications on my wrist without having to pull out my phone is vital in keeping me informed. Worth every cent. The battery life doesn't last long if it is not set on Battery Saver. Battery Saving mode stops some features from working, but I don't use those features so I don't mind.

The health apps options are great, they even have a app for us ladies to keep track of monthly cycles and predict the next cycle. I love the stress tracker to and the breathing cycle recommended to help calm yourself. The sleep app also was interesting to use, it keeps track of the different patterns in your sleep. I never knew I needed all these apps until I got this watch! Also, you can change the clock background to a personal picture or one of the watch many background settings. Overall, I recommend this watch, even if your not a full time work out person, the info the app gives you about yourself, might make you change your whole perspective on either the way you work or just your daily health.
