   After trying multiple belts (and returning them) I finally found one that fits and with GREAT support. Didn't realize there was such a difference between the fit of a man's and woman's belt! This was a little more money...but truly worth it. This is a much higher quality belt than some of the others on the website. I'm thrilled. It not only gives me support, but it doesn't ride up my back. It sits firmly on my hips, and doesn't cut into my ribs. I highly recommend this one to women.

   I just got this and I love it. I never write reviews but felt I should. I'm really small and I've been looking for a lifting belt for a long time but they never fit right. I'm 5'1" and 90lbs and short waisted on top of it. This is so light, soft, comfy and supportive. I could instantly feel the difference and was able to increase my weight on squats and deadlifts! And on top of that it's cute :) I was worried because it's not very expensive but it seems to be great quality to me. Love it!

   i love this belt. It does the job. easy on and off and the velcro appears to be high quality. I ordered a small and wish i would have ordered a medium, but it works fine. I am not lifting super heavy, but i routinely clean 135, DL 235, back squat 215.... so that gives you an idea. it is plenty supportive for what i am doing :)
