My abs feel sorer then they usually do after my routine. I like it. I would recommend keeping the plastic pieces on the gel pads so when your done with a workout...you can replace them back on the pads when you store it. Keeps the dust off the pads and adds a longer life to them.

I haven't seen much of a difference, but like i said, I've only had it a few days. I can tell its working though. The only concern I have is that I've seen comments stating that their remote quit working after a few months...soo we would see if I get the same date as those people.

   I love my new belt. It really helps you get back on track because you need to add putting on the belt to your schedule. So it adds a whole ripple effect. Pick better foods, do more cardio etc. I see my skin toning withing a few days. I notice I can get up a lot quicker. Less straining to get up and the mid section is looking better. I did have trouble getting belt to work because there are two sets of plastic you have to remove and put back on when not in use. Once got hang of gel pads its good to go! Definately recommend product.

Now when I go jogging or exercise my abs I actually feel my core getting engaged. Before, I would get tired and never feel anything in my core. When you turn it up really high it feels like it is vibrating but it is not, that's just muscle spasms. I was worried about electrical accidents but it doesn't seem like that is possible with this device. It can simulate an intense work out and leave you sore afterwards.
