   I have been using off brand versions of the flex belt on and off for ten years . My biggest grievances have been pads wearing down after days of use, electric shock feelings, belts and pads that bent easily, belt and pads that didn't conform to body while moving around and actual skin burns some of which show up as light scars on my torso. Since using this belt for almost a week, I've noticed that I've had none of the issues that I've had prior with others. Super comfortable, very flexible and forms to the body(even while sitting) you can just tell that these pads are made of superior quality and will perform much longer.

Finally this belt system may serve to motivate one to watch diet and undertake another exercise program to bring those toned abs into view. When I lost a bunch of weight with other exercise efforts after first toning with the flex belt for some time, wow I then saw the nice abs, previously hidden underneath. Hope this helps.

   This product will not make you loose your tummy fat. You need to do that with diet and cardio like running. It will help tighten and tone your abs. You will want to remember to cover the gel pads when you're done using them and they will last for a long time. You can also get generic replacement gel pads that are much cheaper. I would buy it again. In fact I'm thinking about buying a set for my arms.

   I definitely think it works. This is my first time trying a device like this and I don't think I'd buy any other product than this. I have a small portion of fat on my stomach and it goes right through it. I was worried that you had to have a flat stomach but trust me you dont. It doesn't hurt me but it is intense tightness. Some might not like it I love it. And I felt better after and didn't feel sore.
