They sent me a shipping label. Fortunately, I had kept the box. They repaired and returned it in an impressive (short) amount of time. I am very pleased with this whole experience.    I got this cleaner as some friends suggested to clean my dentures. It's really easy to use, and it does work. I use it 2 or 3 times per week for a deep cleaning so to speak. I got the one you plug in, my husband said don't get the battery operated one, and I'm glad I listened. It feels very sturdy, excellent quality and it vibrates really fast. I had a batter operated one decades ago for a retainer and it hardly moved compared to this one. It's a bit pricey but it is an investment that I suspect will serve for years to come.

   So I've been using a night guard for grinding for years now. Up to this point I've been using cleaning tabs and manually brushing it to a lackluster effect. Literally overnight I have noticed a huge improvement using the ultrasonic cleaner. I only used the supplied cleaner with it once and it worked well but I haven't had enough exposure to it to rate it based on that as the amount they give you is rather small. However using the cleaning tabs I've been using up to this point along with the cleaner has a drastically better outcome than just brushing them did. If you are on the fence I would encourage to give this device a shot.

   I had been hand cleaning my aligners and retainers for months. I wasn't sure I wanted to spend the money. I finally broke down and got this after looking at all the reviews.I shouldn't have waited. All the time I took to hand clean the retainers would have been much easier with this. I clean them while I eat and then they are clean. If they aren't, it doesn't take much effort to brush them clean. Much easier and faster. Highly recommend.

   From disgusting to clean. Am I embarrassed for posting these photos? Yes, but it's an impressive before and after. Photos are unfiltered.I popped my retainers in without brushing them or rinsing them, and I ran it for two cycles (which is a few minutes) with an Efferdent tablet. This also works great for mouth guards too.I'm pretty happy with my purchase. I will update this if anything goes wrong or if it stops working.

   This was the first machine I've bought. In my opinion it works exceptionally well. I didn't expect it to be as loud as it is. Each cycle is only 3 minutes so it's not that much of a problem. I ran it twice at night and once again in the morning. My dentures came out like brand new every time.I did have 1 problem: I bought the one with the rechargeable battery. It stopped working after a week. The machine still worked plugged in but that's not what I wanted. I returned it and my refund came promptly.I'd happily buy a new one, but I'll do a little more research on this brand first.

While I don't have a before photo, you can see the icky gunk that came off in the second photo - it's a yellow/orange ring that found its way to the waterline. This little machine works! If you need to maintain long-term aligners, retainers, or dentures, this machine is a must-have investment.

   This product is amazing. I needed it for my clear retainer that had built up calculus on it. It took 3 cycles to clear off 90% of the build. You have to wait 10 mins before starting the third cycle so the machine doesn't overheat. I ran it again for 1 cycle a few days later to get the remaining build up off. Now it's clear almost looking new again. The machine comes with a tablet and a packet of the cleaning crystals. 1 packet was good for the 3 cycles with a little left over. I went ahead and bought the bottle of the crystals since wearing my retainer is life long and it'll need to be cleaned.

   This sonic denture cleaner gets your denture clean as new! The cleaner they pack for you try is great. But even a denture tablet or 1/2 tsp baking soda cleans well also. If you want to clean them 2x…..just wait a few minutes in between and turn back on. The motor will be ok. Had it over 6 months and as good as the day i got it.Can clean jewelry that can be put in water just as well. So you have 2 machines for the price of one and the price is extremely reasonable. Do Not pay more!
