   I love this tool. I saw a recipe for Julienne zucchini, and I wanted to make it for the family. This tool has 2-1. A great peeler, and my new most precious tool, the julienne. I love it. Easy to use. Made well. Did not fall apart as others have said. I have a light tough, and maybe that is the difference. Ive even bought a book...easy tricks with peelers and julienne tools.    Too many times now I go to replace something & find it no longer available or more expensive; so I've finally learned to "bite the bullet" & purchase extra backups as soon as I'm sure I like something & don't see better product/price available. Reviewer tip to wear disposable vinyl gloves helpful for volume use of this very sharp peeler I've removed skin a few times & keep in bubble wrap in drawer. (Haven't used julienner or blue yet since no instructions, but looking forward to watching online video & reading more user tips, thanks y'all :)

   I hate peeling potatoes. This thing makes me not hate it. You can really peel tomatoes with it too, great for sandwiches/paninis.
   
   I tried the cheese peeling and it works, but the slices are not thick enough and a knife seems to be easier in the long run. The cutting board combined with the peeler is pretty useless for cutting thin slices too - doesn't really work. The julienne tool seems sharp, but haven't tried being fancy with it.
   
   Just get this peeler. It works going forwards and backwards, it's made from a nice polished steel material. I think I'm buying it for a bunch of family members.

   Some how we lost my 1st Titan peeler ( my husband thinks I threw it out with the peelings), and I was devastated!! Other peelers do not even compare to this one. Bought this as a replacement and could not wait to get it in the mail. It takes some adjusting to the hold, but it is amazing in the end. You will not be disappointed.

   I bought this peeler last year before the holidays hit. I give an annul party for my husbands work....at our home as well as I bake and cook a lot! I make all of my dishes by hand...from my candied carrots and carrot salad......the potatoes and sweet potatoes as well. My hands suffer as a result. My regular "peelers" kept breaking. Then I saw this one....and I ordered it. WOW! Does it deliver. It peels without effort. (I like using peelers as you don't waste as much of the vegetable as you do when peeling with a knife.) I used it and used it and still it kept peeling like it did the very first day. I have owned it now for several months and it works like a charm. My mother in law has never used a peeler and so I purchased one for her for Christmas. (I bought her a designer purse too! LOL!) She has always peeled using a knife but she trusted me. (I turned her onto steam cleaning with Shark and I got her a Dyson!) She knows I know my stuff. I also introduced her to "Coach". She called me after she had used this peeler a few times and just absolutely loved it. Her arthritis was getting to her and the peeler made making home made mashed potatoes as well as salads and other items so much easier. She wanted to know where I ordered it.....and so I told her Amazon....as she wants to get her best friend one. Trust me....buy it...you wont regret it at all!!

   This peeler rocks! I never thought I would be reviewing a vegetable peeler, but here it is! This one is so much better than any I've ever used. I assumed they were all the same, but I was wrong. Never again will I buy another brand of peeler.
