   I didn't know there was such a thing as a spice spreader. Guess I missed all these years. I like it very much. After reading reviews about water getting into the handle, I just washed it by hand and had no such problem. It was amazing how easy it was to order my toast mayo for the BLT that I loved so much. Load it up once and it's great to use...no need to go back for a 2nd or 3rd scoop.

   I've had this knife for a while. All I can say is wow!!! This knife is great! I wanted to test it and it passed every test. It cuts through a bit of tri tip that burns to char with no problem. This is when I also noticed a very good grip. Makes it easier to cut with. I also tried playing with holding a plastic bag and running the knife through the bag without straining the bag so the knife cut it and it cut it like butter.
