   Our kitty, who is about 12 years old, was very intrigued by this snake....but cautious. He followed it around, from a respectful distance. When it found it's way into another room, our kitty had to make sure it wasn't getting into any trouble and chased after it. He did smack it with a paw a couple times, but I think he thought it might bite so he kept his distance. When I got it, it had enough charge to run around for 2 evenings. I then charged it and it's back ready to run around. It's interesting how it senses objects and backs away from them. I did monitor it to keep it out from behind or under our couch. I am NOT disappointed and would recommend if you want some enrichment for your kitty.

   Exactly as described. It slithers around like a real snake and senses when anything is in its way and backs away from it. When first turned on it goes for a couple of minutes then stops, but it is motion sensitive so starts moving again as soon as something goes near it. Only problem is my cats are a bit scared of it!    First off, excuse my messy house 😂 I have 5 cats and this adorable guy is my oldest at 6yrs, he has not played with a toy like this in a few years. My 3 youngest from the same litter are cautiously mesmerized by it and jump back when it gets too close, it's hilarious!    I bought this for a very active rambunctious cat and a min pin dog. I hate snakes, so buy this awful thing just shows the love for my pets. if you want to be frighten in the middle of the night this is perfect. it doesn't seem to do well on area carpets, just goes backwards right under the couch and gets forgot about. Then, startled walking by in the middle of the night it picks up your motion and comes out the back of the couch in the hallway. I feel in between battery charges is too long. I think if this was soft rubber would be bit more realistic.

It can bump up the end of a rug and when it has a good charge gets over a door threshold. The snake goes to sleep after a certain time. But if the cat comes by and whacks it, it will start up again. I love the red color. One of my cats can't see too well but between the sound and the color that contrasts with the floor, he can totally track and interact with it.
