It is more comfortable, doesn't put pressure on my ears, stays in place, and doubles as a chin strap to keep my mouth closed while sleeping and using the CPAP Machine. I have used it half a dozen times so far and it is still going strong. I might get an extra one to have when I feel like washing this one.

I usually wear it for an hour at night. Since I started wearing it, I can already tell a difference in the size of my double chin, it does look smaller.
