It came in pristine condition and although the thimbles seem of cheap material, everything else has stood up to quality. My daughter watched me as I mended my granddaughter's Elsa and Anna dresses. You might not be able to tell but there's a LOT of thread on those spools as well as more than 30 various sized sewing needles WITH the eyes properly cut out! I absolutely love this and would definitely recommend. The case that's included is nice and sturdy too with compartments for just about everything you see except for the little tomato pin cushion but it still fits nicely in the case and easily shuts with the zipper attached to the case.
