   I was surprised by the poor reviews some people wrote. We measured the opening including to the area where we attached it. It fits beautifully, no gaps or draping effects at all. We deliberately placed it the way we did so it takes a little extra effort to reopen and close it, not difficult at all. It’s very sturdy and looks very nice. Keeps our cat on the porch! I recommend you measure for the highest size in order to get a sturdy and tight fit. I do recommend this.

It is not strong enough to really keep them out if they pushed. In fact, the first night, one pushed through it but haven’t tried since. It’s easy for use to move to get through.
