I was in a hit and run accident ( drunk driver ) many years ago and suffered pelvis, sacrum and tailbone injuries that have caused me much pain over the last 20 years. These ones are good value for a good quality product. The one thing to note is that whilst they can feel firm, if they are too soft they don't give you the support you need and the reason you are buying it in the first place!
