   I bought this cushion because for quite some time I had been struggling with back pain. I work as a freelancer and spend a lot of time sitting. Lately, I had a lot of lower back pain and was constantly slouching forward, it had been very irritable and uncomfortable for me to sit. So, I would go lay in bed and work, but I wasn’t nearly as effective and productive as when working at the desk.I even fell asleep a couple of times. I found out about the seat cushion while searching on the internet for the best ways to alleviate your lower back pain while seated, besides all the exercise and yoga, this seemed an option without much effort.

   Having recently fallen rather heavily on my laminate floor hurting my coccyx I was in extreme pain. Sitting down was complete agony not to mention bending, getting out of bed and the most basic things like putting socks on, I then discovered it could take weeks to fully recover. My work involves sitting at a computer screen for most of the day and during lockdown this has increased so I decided to purchase this cushion. Arrived today I will admit I was sceptical as it was folded in half. However, what a difference it has already made after only a few hours, I can already feel the pressure being lifted from my coccyx. Such a relief and will certainly aid my recovery.

   This has really helped with my tailbone pain! I am 30 weeks pregnant and I have a bad back. My tailbone pain was so bad that for weeks I was laying in bed each night miserable and in so much pain! I finally ordered this pillow in the middle of the night out of desperation! I have seen a significant difference since using it! I couldn't sit at the computer or in the car for very long at all. I totally can now and I take it everywhere that I can. I have also started doing stretches that I think have eased the pain as well, but I took at 10 hour road trip with this pillow and was comfortable, so I am sure the pillow has alot to do with the ease of discomfort! Worth the money!

   I bought two of these before our long cross-country move. One was for my wife who has lower back pain and one for me. It took a bit of getting used to the cushion. Part of it is sitting on it and part of it is adjusting your driving position to accommodate the new height and other related positions created by the cushion. But, once you are accustomed to changes, it is truly a blessing. The cushion is super comfortable and it definitely kept us sitting up and in the correct position. For my wife, who has lower back pains when sitting for a long time, the cushion was most definitely a timely purchase. She felt no pain. A very happy purchase. We definitely received the value. We highly recommend it.

   My grandfather is 92 years old and has a bedsore on his lower back. He sits upright all day in a chair and when he isn't sitting he is laying down. When my grandparents got this pillow they loved it. My grandfather saw instant relief and he was able to sit with no pain. The bedsore has actually began to heal with all of the pressure off of his spine. I waited a little longer to write this review to see how the pillow would hold up and it is great. My grandfather sits on it all day and has not once said anything about it compressing and not returning to form or anything. It may be a little pricey but if you have an older loved one in your life this pillow is worth it to see the relief on their face.

   After breaking my tailbone during a fall, I was in excruciating pain whenever I had to sit for just short periods of time, & was having to constantly shift my position in attempt to ease pressure on my tailbone. This led to muscle spasms in other parts of my back, as well as numbness down my leg. This seat cushion ended up being one of my most useful Amazon purchases ever. It arrived nicely packed w/in 2 days, & I started using it right away on my hour long commute. For anyone w/ tailbone, I highly recommend this cushion.. I've tried half a dozen other cushions to find genuine pain relief but none of them compare to this! Immediately the need to constantly adjust positions on to find momentary relief was over! I was so surprised to finally find one that works! I've even taking it for a long drive I had to make a few days ago...same relief! I've only had this a little over a week now and I know we'll be together for the duration! I'm even thinking I should by some extras in case they ever stop making them...which I hope doesn't happen.    This cushion had been great for a relative having to undergo extensive rehab and temporarily wheelchair bound. She was two months in bed and had basically zero core strength. The cushion that was in her wheelchair at rehab was new and seemed well formed but it was very uncomfortable. This cushion has been fantastic for her. The cut out at the back really does take allot of pressure off of her so she is able to sit in the chair for longer periods while she is building up her core strength. I do wish they sold replacement covers and moisture proof covers. The cover has been washed many times and has held up fine. I also had to wash the cushion itself one time. It held up well but I could see a tiny bit of breakdown in the fused cushion seems from this.
