   This cushion has helped with my back problems. It is comfortable and well made. The only suggestion I would have is it be a bit larger in depth from the front of the cushion to the back of it. This is no fault of the cushion. It would just fit better in my desk chair, when I am using my lumbar support pillow as well. I find using the two pillows I often need to adjust the comfort seat pillow. I really like this cushion. I have chronic back problems and this cushion has been an immense help and brought much relief.

   Hi, the cushion is very helpful. I fell down the stairs last week and damaged my coccyx, I have been unable to sit down. I was worried about the 3.5 hour drive to our weekend break so purchased this cushion. This cushion allowed me to travel much more comfortably than I would have done without it. The seat is absolutely fine although if it were to be adjusted for car use it would need to be a little narrower, I can get it on the seat and use it as a passenger though I'm not sure it would be suitable for the driver.

A couple of days later she said she was feeling great and was experiencing less discomfort from the back pain. That to me was success - I finally found something that worked in providing her the necessary relief and comfort. I also see the change in her demeanor as she is feeling better.    This comfort fit foam pad allowed my mother to be able to sit in a chair. No other chair pad worked for her. She had severe spinal stenosis and deteriorating discs due to long term prednisone use. The pad is well made and has an opening at the back allowing space to keep compression off the spine. It also keeps its shape allowing for long term use. The cover is soft, durable, and washable. I especially like that the actual sitting surface of the pad has a liquid impermeable coating. This pad is a great buy and very affordable.

This cushion has good support, and helps tremendously with relieving pressure in the lower spine, especially when having to sit hours at a time. This cushion has buffered my back in my kitchen bar stool and has significantly improved my time at my computer at the island. I tried it in my car because my back hurts after at least a 30 minute drive, but my car seat doesn't have the ability to be lowered in terms of height. I can't speak to how it helps with back pain. For me, it was my tail bone that was hurting or uncomfortable. With this pillow, no more discomfort. I tried it on my office chair, but it isn't quite right for me on that - it just didn't sit on the office chair right or something. I haven't tried it in a car, but it seems like it would help there on long trips.

   This is the second cushion I have bought to help me sit on hard chairs while having a bulging disc in the base of my spine. This particular cushion is well worth the money. It is a deep cushion with a zip cover and is helping me to sit comfortably at work each day. The depth of the cushion is good and seems to spring back when it is left over night, my other cushion has become quite flat so I will purchasing another of these cushions in the near future. It is well worth buying if you have any issues with posture while sitting, or a chronic back problem.

I have a vehicle almost 20 years old and the cruise control went out about 6 months ago. I got him this for Christmas and he put it on his van seat; he's been raving about it ever since!! Whenever his club has a meeting, he pulls it from his van so he can sit in plushy comfort rather than their hard metal seats (which he can't tolerate for long.) It's too soon to say how durable it will be; however, it shows no sign of flattening or denting so far. I'm very happy it's got a removable cover for washing as it will get heavy use.
