1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.

Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $7.95 AUD applies to all orders under $150 AUD.

Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders of $150 AUD or more.

3. Order Processing Time

We strive to process all orders within 2 to 3 business days of receiving payment.

4. Shipping Time

The estimated shipping time for standard shipping is 6 to 10 business days ( not including order processing time ). Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as customs clearance or weather-related delays, may impact the delivery time.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our designated carrier.
