As good as any suspension trainer of it's type. We cannot test durability, but I know webbing and connectors from rock climbing and sailing. This product has high quality webbing and plastic connectors and handles.Versatility is as expected. Also, it's easy to adjust the length of straps when required for different exercises.[Don't compare set-ups that are not alike (such as having dual versus single point of suspension, foot straps attached versus attachable, sliders for easy adjustment of strap length).]

Easy to set up, easy to use, comfortable on hands and feet. I attached my jungle gym to the chin up bar on my power rack. I like the ridged stirups. This is a nice feature if you work out alone. It is much easier to get your feet in an out of the stirups. I think it would be near impossible to do this with regular loose strapping. The hand grips are also very comfortable. Changing strap lengths is a snap. This is a well thought out product. I would recommend to anyone who wants to add a new reasonally priced element to their workouts.

After doing some research, I was more than happy to by two of these. One for me and one for the hubby. At half the price than the brand you've heard of, we put them through the rigors to make sure they weren't a cheap knockoff that would have us face planting into the floor. We're bigger than the average bears so you can imagine our trepidation. So far, so good! Faces are still in tact, the straps are strong and it's all good as long as you try to forget that you're essentially putting all of your body weight on two little plastic clips.

Suspension training was something that intrigued me mainly because it gave me the capability to do things at an angle that takes some of the strain off straight bodyweight work. Like pull-ups, push-ups, squats, etc. These are way more fun to work out with than I gave them credit for and way more intriguing for core work. Some exercises, where your feet are suspended are harder than non-suspension training because your little core muscles have to do more work to balance and hold the line you want. This is great for your workouts but weird to get used to.

These are great, same thing as the other strap brand but for a fraction of the price. I'd suggest buying their hangers and putting them on the wall. I put them on the ceiling and they make the workout so intense, I feel like a beginner. But I view that as a great thing because it's really helped spruce up my home gym options. The handles are fairly easy on the hands, which is nice. I think they've got some silicone covering on them that's grippy but not rough. The length on the straps is more than adequate, I'd think with a 10' ceiling the straps would still allow room for pushups even.

The bands and all accessories are top quality. The device to hold the bands behind a door work great. (One wants to make sure the door one uses closes tightly). The handles and clamps are high grade and are made to last. The included instructions have many great workouts. I purchased these bands to strengthen my rotator cuff and they work perfectly with the workouts recommended by my physical therapist. I highly recommend this product with no reservations. The only downside is the smell of the rubber is so strong when removing from the package I needed to store in my laundry room for the first week.

I watched the Youtube instructional videos for this product and the models make the exercises look so easy. Because of the added core instability even a simple exercise like a push up can become very challenging. I have these suspended from a chin up bar in one of my doorways. Very convenient. Quickly and easily adjust to different lengths and even someone recovering from surgery or who is just very deconditioned can use these to assist them through a basic routine. On the other hand, you can also do some very demanding advanced routines. Well made, grips and stirrups are comfortable. Well worth the price.

High quality set. The metal clips at the end of the bands are quality steel and work well. The two handles are comfortably padded and you just clip them onto whichever cables you are using. I especially like the one black door anchor piece, which is a length of nylon webbing strap with a bump sewn into one end. You open a door wide and feed that bump through the hinge side of the door and then close the door on it. THen you can clip a cable to it and it holds perfectly! The bag is a thoughtful addition, though I'm thinking of hanging the bands by a nail in the garage so I can more easily select them, without pulling them out in a jumble from the bag. Of course you can make the resistence arbitrarily strong by stretching the cables, but I think they're best for exercises like inner and outer rotator cuff, and things like that.

I first encountered these in physical therapy. Very sturdy, and quick and easy to adjust. If you're unfamiliar with these, I suggest you do a google search for the types of exercises you can do with them to see if these will fit your home gym needs. I use these for chest, back, quad, and hamstring exercises. I've used them by fastening them to a (sturdy!) door, as well as an overhead bar. I prefer the overhead bar, but I suppose you're limited by what you have available at home. They work fine using the door, but you can't get directly under them that way, which is somewhat limited. But if you workout at home, these could be a nice addition to your home gym. Also, since they're like and small, I take them when I travel, which allows me to do a wide variety of exercises when I'm traveling, without having to carry much extra weight or gear, or having to be concerned about exercise facilities where I'm going.

I have had these bands for about a week now and I love them! I got them to travel with and be able to work out at home when I can't make it to the gym. I previously only lifted with weights but tried some bands at the gym and really liked them so I thought I would order a set for myself. I have completed a couple full body workouts with them and actually felt the workout in the days afterwards. It is a great way to change up your workout so your muscles don't get used to the same thing and is very easy on the joints unlike weights that sometimes cause me pain in my shoulders. The door holder also works very well and allows for more angles to be created to get a good back workout too. I found myself using all of the different bands as well as combining them as suggested on the chart provided that lists all of the weight equivalents. I don't see myself using the light band too often but none the less it is included and my be useful in some workouts. They did not feel like they were going to snap at all and were a great product for the price. I am very pleased with my purchase, the shipping speed, and the customer service representatives who are very helpful with any questions and do answer their phone quickly.I would HIGHLY recommend these for anyone looking for resistance bands or easy weights to travel with or use at home!
