   Took the husband a while to take it out of the box but he loves to take it to the park for workouts. I use it inside looped over the door or the pull up bar. It's not a complete system, some kind of permanent mount would definitely make it more versatile. I prefer the handles to the TRX trainers at various gyms I've been to, they're much more comfortable with your feet in them.

They've expanded my workouts, making them much more challenging - just what I was looking for. I've just started, but I've already been doing exercises using the green 10 to 12 pound bands, So I can get a better workout. It's actually fun to use them.    I love this new toy. I was going back and forth between all the different suspension trainers. I am very happy about buying this one. I really have no comparison except what the internet says about the differences. BUT I know I love this one and it works exactly how it should. Sure, I could have made one from stuff I can find at Walmart or even the dollar store like a video I saw. But this has been tested and has stood the test of other athletes using it. All in all I love it. You will too.

   The bands are great. My first set. Comes with limited, but decent excercise suggestions. I was a gym rat when I was younger and am now retired and needed some weight/resistance gear and the bands are versatile enough to cover everything I need. Big plus is being able to travel with them.I had a problem with one of the bands, after several months of use. Took a picture, sent it to the warranty email address and they promptly sent out a replacement, no questions, no hassles. Great customer service.
