   I took a hot shower long ago to leave my pores open. Then I glide the machine over my skin, making sure not to pause in any position for more than a second. I think it's important to keep moving in short strokes in only one direction. I've watched a few videos on YouTube and they say the goal isn't to put it on a black head and suck. The goal is to keep moving and eventually you'll see how well this device actually works.

I don't have many blackheads and they are easy to deal with. Instead, I got a lot of small sebum deposits under the surface of my skin that were too deep to squeeze out and they made my skin look rough. And I tried this product. oh that's awesome!!!!    It's gentle on my face. It does not tear the skin and does not cause any bruising. I've seen some reviews about bruises, and so I was worried about that. I bruise VERY easily, and it doesn't bruise me. The skin is temporarily red and should disappear after about an hour. Perfect to do before bed!
