   If your thinking about getting this for your new puppy because your crate training day and/ or night time… do it! Yes, it is a on the pricey side for stuffed animal with a vibrating heart but it really helped with our puppy. He was 8 weeks old when we brought him home and like most puppies that age miss their moms and litter mates. This stuffed dog really put him at ease.

   My nine week old pup took to this “puppy” from the start, just to pick up my the ear and carry and there's not a nap or night time that they aren't together. I do have the heartbeat going but not the heat pads. She literally snuggles up. So cute and seems to do it's job, minimal whining the first night and since then and my puppy had been with her litter before she came home with me!

She cried a little the first night, less the next night, and not at all thereafter. She now drags it out of the crate during the day to wrestle and play. At the end of the night, I'll pick it up, and she trots along back to the crate. Worth every penny!

   Two years ago we got a border collie puppy and purchased this for her. She loved it and played with it. She tried very hard to get into the Velcro portion, but was unsuccessful. Where she was able to destroy every other stuffed animal we ever got her, she did not destroy this. Now, we have another border collie puppy who is loving this toy the same way. He loves to rest his head on it when sleeping. He will even ask me to make the heartbeat. And yes, the heart is still beating two years later. I highly recommend this product.

   i have a new puppy who i have to leave alone by herself (well i have a cat too but still) two days out of the week so that i can go in to the office for work so i needed something that could comfort her while i was gone and snuggle puppy was exactly what i needed! the first day i got it, i turned on the heart beat and let her nap with it and she slept an entire hour and a half when her naps usually last 20 min. 10/10 would recommend and the heating pack doesn't get too hot for her either. it keeps the snuggle pup warm for her to sleep beside.

   Our 8 week old puppy absolutely LOVES her snuggle puppy! We put the heartbeat on the 8 hour session at night for her in her crate. I thought with the puppy teething she would shred it, but not the case. It's so soft and the velcro that holds the 'heart' is very secure! We had an issue with the 'heart' in that after a week, it stopped working. We replaced the batteries, but sadly, it no longer worked. I contacted the company, and within MINUTES, my email was answered and by the next day a new 'heart' was on its way to our snuggle puppy. Customer service was absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend this product!

   My first thought was to give my puppy this toy for when he goes to sleep in his kennel but since he was not potty trained yet, I did not want to do that. Whenever we would cuddle, I would take this toy out and put on the heart beat on but it didn't seem to do much for him. In terms of the soothing and thinking he was with his littermates, this did nothing for him. I do think he has a special connection with the toy since he's had it since day 1 but not because of the heating & heart beat. He does love to chew on the toy's tongue, ears, & tail which seems to comfort him. Overall, didn't do much to soothe him but it is his best friend!

   We got a new puppy and he is amazing, he slept pretty well in his crate on his own but the first day we had to leave him home alone in the crate for a couple of hours he lost it. I checked our ring every 30 minutes and he cried the whole time. I ordered this that night hoping it would work after reading some mixed reviews and it worked amazingly! The next day he was home alone a couple of hours he slept with this the whole time. It worked so well. This was about a week ago, and he does like to chew it a bit here and there but it has held up well, and more importantly it comforts him. I do try to keep it away from him when he isn't sleepy to minimize its destruction though. Cannot say enough positive things about this toy.
