   The newer design is also supposed to be better designed to prevent leaks. I'll be keeping the newer pillow for my head and the older one is the perfect shape for keeping in between my legs (you fellow side sleepers know how important this is). I love how the middle is sunken in which is very comfortable for me as a side sleeper. I just wish the pillow didn't crinkle so much but I've never tried a different brand so this may be something all camping pillows do.

   Absolutely one of the best purchases I've made for my beach trip. It holds air, and doesn't easily deflate even with all folks big and small using it. This is great for pool, beach, car, and plane use. One thing to note, it has a strap to put around lounge chairs, but In the event that you can't (ie: no beach chairs and towels only - make sure you strap something heavier to do it doesn't blow or float away. In my case I used a clip on mini fan on the strap). When my trip concluded, I was able to just rinse the pillow in warm water with some dish soap and clean it off easily. This shrinks down when deflated to a tiny little pouch.

   The size of the packed pillow is extremely small, I have another one that I bought from decathlon of excellent quality and this is almost half the size, I guess it's because the materials it is made of are thinner (it doesn't necessarily mean lower quality). Already time will tell whether the fact that the materials are thinner affect their durability. I feel that it lacks a little height for my way of sleeping but in general it is not a problem because the inflatable mattress that I use underneath already has an integrated pillow, so that using it the height is better. I expected it to be more comfortable, don't get me wrong, it's comfortable, but I hoped it would be more comfortable since the other one I have from decathlon is very comfortable.

Not all the way inflated, soft enuf to grab n adjust. The dots on one side I put on the bottom and it pretty much stays where it goes. No more bones on bones n hips good too. I'm hoping it keeps its air for a long time, using it every night. When it doesn't, I'll get another one. It's that comfortable!

   I used this recently for 3 nights on a camping trip. It's lightweight, packs small, and the cover is nice and soft. The cover is removable which is nice when you have that pigpen dirtbag camping scuz going and you don't want your camping gear to be permanently dirty. It was more comfortable than I expected. The only thing I would change as a 6'0" side sleeper is having a little more size in terms of thickness but a well placed jacket underneath seemed to make it better.
