   Love this product, bought two more. This is the perfect replacement for what I have been using as my main bed & sofa pillow for sleeping. I hate sleeping with traditional pillows because of a pinched nerve and high potebtial for neck pain, and I stopped using them in favor of an inflatable travel neck pillow. Those have a short lifespan because of my heavy use, so I have looked for a good alternative. I have tried other roll pillows such as this product, but they either broke down fast or were too soft. This is gently firm, very nice washable cover in colors I needed, and I am very pleased with this find!!

   I'm a back-sleeper and I'd been looking for a small pillow to put under my neck for support. I've had some neck trouble in the past. I've tried travel pillows and various other small pillows, but none of them worked for me. Its just the perfect size and it stays in place all night. It's memory foam so it conforms to my neck perfectly and, to my surprise, it doesn't make me hot at night. Love it!

Granted I've only had this a couple of days now, but I woke up today with a significantly lessened pain level in my neck. Plus, the cover is so soft and cozy. The firmness is perfect for me as I like more support for my neck. It's also not too large which I love. Super satisfied so far!

   Based on other reviews, I bought this to place in my pillow case as an "addition" to my regular pillow. I was having a lot of neck issues and cervicogenic headaches. Pillows made for neck issues were expensive and I didn't want to spend too much not knowing how it would work. I bought this roll and slid it into my pillow case at the bottom of my current pillow. Within a few days, I had a marked improvement in neck pain and headaches. The first couple of days I had a sore neck as my neck got used to a new position, but those couple of days of discomfort were well worth the end results. Great for back and side sleeping to help keep your neck in alignment.

   I've been struggling for years with neck pain due to a bone spur and herniated disc and had forever searched for the right pillow as well as spelt with a neck brace which both could only provide me with satisfactory support. I kept thinking I was missing support in a key area where my neck meets my shoulder and ta da this neck roll pillow did it! Some reviewers complained it wasn't thick or big enough to support them but I gave it a shot seeing I have a small frame and it works wonders! I've been using it along with my pillow or by itself if I decide to nap on the couch. I've always used it for traction/stretching my neck on top of another pillow which feels amazing. I really can't say enough good things about this other than I wish I had discovered it sooner.

This pillow is so simple and at such a low price, I could not resist to try it. I had purchased several expensive memory foam pillows, but they did not help me much, until I stumbled on this pillow. In this case, the perception that the higher price has better quality doesn't work here. This simple yet powerful pillow is far better than the most expensive pillows I purchased not just on Amazon, but also from Mattress stores by recommendation. I also tried different types of neck massage, hot/cold, soft/hard with massage guns, nothing helped for at least 1 year. Now, my cervical neck pain nearly disappeared after 2 weeks of using the pillow!
