   I purchased to help with chronic neck issues I've been having for some time. I started using for floor work and stretching and now use it in connection with a acupressure mat. It's been so helpful - it's just the right height for me and I've had difficulties with using different types of pillows because I think many things are made with male bodies in mind and not female bodies. It's the right amount of cushion and support and it's been great.

As someone with long-standing neck issues, it really realigns the neck and provides a relaxing, effective stretch to the often overtaxed and strained muscles of the neck region. The “forward tilt” we routinely adopt in our everyday lives is detrimental and this helps to “straighten things out”, to put it in lay terms.The plastic could be a possible future issue, as it does flex quite a bit, but so far, I'm impressed. Lots of pricey, gimmicky items out there, but this is an affordable and effective option.
