I sent a ticket to customer service and they were amazing in diagnosing the issue and sending out the replacement part along with instructions to fix.    Well-made lock that finally solves the problem of keys, everyone has their own code or alternatively it is controlled from the App. This new model (I replaced the old one from 3 years ago) seems more resistant to me in the keyboard part. It is a bit expensive but I am satisfied with its function, I hope it lasts a little longer than the other although I must say that we use it a lot.
