   I bought this backpack for travel, to use as a personal carryon item (along with a carryon suitcase). I needed it to fit under the seat on the airplane, and it did. I liked all the separate storage areas and pockets. It had LOTS of room. I packed my tablet and a power pack in it. I liked that there is a cord connection on the outside of the backpack that can connect to a battery pack on the inside of the backpack (cord and battery pack not included) to charge my phone and tablet.

   I'm not sure what I'll get when I order this bag. I've had my former for over a decade and am pretty used to it. Multiple zippers and comfortable to carry using. I chose this bag because I like the way it looks. It has just been delivered and it is clear to me that this company cares about its product if only by careful packaging. Each metal pin is individually wrapped to protect it. Although it took a lot of time to open it all up, I appreciate the thought behind doing it.

   Bought this to replace a jansport that I'm taking to work (cycling) and for a price you really can't beat. Some stitching makes me suspicious but if something goes wrong I'll update this review but it's 4 stars for now, while I like most things about the backpack, the plastic buckle is the point weak, I will be the first point things fail, especially the chest strap but again, until it succeeds. 5 stars.
