   I have a slipped disc and due to a recent plastic surgery I am not able to do normal stretches to relieve the pain. The pain got worse and worse, at times it was difficult for me to walk. I read that back braces can help so I researched them and this one got a lot of good reviews. It came quickly and when I put it on, the pain was almost instantaneous - I could walk without wincing in pain! I like this belt over others because of the small triangle (I feel like it will help correct my spine and apply pressure when needed) and rightly so!! I realize everyone is different but for me this belt is amazing so far!
