   I have lower back problems and have to do some lifting and twisting to work. This brace has been very helpful. I don't wear it all the time so it doesn't take away my core strength. When I put it on, I noticed less discomfort in my back when I had to lift things. It fits snugly and can be worn under clothing or over the body. It didn't make me sit at all and remained clean.

However, I wore it for one shift and was surprised that I didn't have the usual pain after that! This was a game changer for me, as I was wondering how to continue doing this work as I get older. I still feel the pain, but the intensity has decreased. I was able to get up from my chair without taking more than a minute to do so. Easy to put on and adjust for fit and support.    I have to say this is the best double I've had so far. The biggest thing for me is that when you wrap it, it doesn't stretch. That comes from the extras. One of the problems I have with other types of braces is that they get stretched at first and loosened after a while. So far this is giving really good solid support.

I've had many different back braces and this is honestly one of the best I've purchased. The Velcro on this one is held very well by aldo compared to other Brands. I would really recommend this brace but make sure you take your measurements before ordering.
