Here I am months later and I look like the crypt keeper. I am grateful for this device. I wonder if you could make one without the gums.    Okay let me say that when I opened the package and saw the teeth my heart dropped because I thought these will never do. Because they came pre arched and the arc was so curved they looked like teeth for a kid. I have been using the Imako teeth and when I put these next to them they were tiny. However I am a problem solver and I didn't want to even try to go about returning them after I'd torn the package open.

   I think the bad reviews are from people that can't read directions. These do work and work well. I've been using them for about 4 days. And it's hard to get used to looking in the mirror. I look like a different person now. They are not permanent but they stay in just fine. I've had no issues. Just the adjustment part of getting them to fit right. It took about 30 min of heating them over and over. But totally worth it.

   I absolutely love this product. I have used many different products like this and they all made me look like I had horse teeth, I would have a lisp when I talked. These are super thin and flexible. I have no problems whatsoever with this - no horse teeth and no lisp. I am missing several of my own teeth and absolutely would not go anywhere because of it. I'm not afraid to smile anymore. I have included a picture of me with these teeth.

   So far absolutely love them. Haven't eaten anything yet but they seem a lot stronger than a different product I had been using that I couldn't eat with. The molding part takes patience, it took me 5 times to resoften the plastic and get the teeth just right so they didn't look fake. Once I got them right I let them harden and went back and cut off any hard plastic that felt uncomfortable or made it feel bulking in my mouth. This also took care of any speech issues with it being in my mouth.

   I had to add more "filler" to make them fit better (you can purchase separately from any number of dental suppliers). Same as the gel strip on the back of these -- use it to fill in for gaps, chips, missing teeth. No one can tell the difference and I can eat with them on. Great product.
