The only advice I have is you want to use it to pack for more than a day, buy the biggest available because the shoe compartment takes up space from the inner space. I wish I would have gone bigger.

Every zippered pocket is convenient. The main compartment area is spacious. I primarily bought this backpack to take with with me on a weekend away. I was able to fit seven outfits, my laptop, a pair of shoes and all of my toiletries in the backpack. I also got caught in a rainstorm with the backpack and when I got to my hotel I found that that all of my contents in the backpack were still dry. This is definitely a backpack you need.
