It's very easy to use, but you have make sure that you are not scanning too slow. The green scan light has be on while you are scanning. If it turns off, then you are going too slow.

I can use this scanner to upload all data collected to my tablet and share amongst other employees as well. I will be getting another one of these for my college bound daughter for her studies. This device will allow for easy scans in the library so she too can upload such info to her laptop and study all her findings she deems important in a more collective manner. For this purpose you may need to construct some sort of bed for this device but that's not too difficult. All together a great piece of technology and easy to use and transfer date.
