Of course, diet and exercise would greatly improve efforts, but I didn't - not really. However, as I found my waistline to be noticeably smaller and toned, I also became a little more careful with what I consumed. A small waist is a pretty big motivator! The belt works and is useful in many ways, including aiding in digestion. After using it, the belt made me feel a little more energized and noticeably lighter.

   In the morning, when I start to feel sluggish, I lie in bed and use the belt for a period of 15 minutes, I feel lighter, more energetic and ready to start the day. If I get the chance to use my belt for at least an hour a day, I feel triumphant, but life can get in the way, and unfortunately, I don't always get that hour. A cordless/rechargeable version would be ideal so you won't be held hostage by an outlet, but straps work, so it's worth the inconvenience. My waistline isn't close to where I want it to be, but I'm working on it and the belt is helping. Help me lose weight successfully

This belt is like a cellulite pager. The quality is good and the part is a bit heavy when I put it on. The middle part made me a little itchy at first. And vibrations are kind of shocking to me. But after finishing a session, I feel very comfortable. I do some abs exercises with this belt, hopefully it will help me some day in the future. By the way, it has helped my bowel movements become more regular. So far, I don't see the expected no-buy price, it's worth it.
