   I was looking for something simple that I could do while I watch TV that wouldn't take up a lot of space and wouldn't make a lot of noise. This is perfect for that. I wouldn't say that I get a great workout...but I wasn't expecting it to. It's super easy to use, and it does get my heartrate up a bit. The faster you twist, the more of a "workout" you will get. The platform is large enough for both feet to be comfortably, and it's sturdy enough to support someone who is larger. I will say the little nubs on the platform do start to hurt bare feet after a little while...but with socks or shoes, they're not noticeable.

   I've owned many twist discs over the years. Most are small & flimsy. The size and sturdiness of this brand make it the best i've had. Need to wear some king of foot covering(shoes) as the surface is bumpy. I twist with hand weights and track on my fitness tracker. 1 twist equals 1 step, so if you are short on your daily step goals, jump on the disc for a quick catch up. Great product.    This board is smooth. I have tried lower priced twist boards and this is a quality item. Wide enough to maintain my balance. Grips to keep my feet from sliding around. This is not a balance board. This is a traditional twist board to exercise your waist. Reminds me of my mother's twist board from the 70's. Love it.

There's also some other great upper body, lower body, and core exercises that can be done with it so it's been a great addition to my home gym.    I had a metal disc twister many years ago and this is exactly what I was looking for. I may not use it for long periods of time, but I do jump on it several times a day.    This works exactly as expected and gives me a small, portable way to gain some movement between tasks or with the TV on. I like the pad and use it to protect our hardwood floors. I absolutely did not download the pdf and exhort others to be similarly cautious. PDFs can be used in all manner of attacks and this is after all some hunchy off brand that sells on katycraf.    I have two disabled sons that receive weekly physical therapy. Due to COVID-19, they are unable to be seen in person. We bought several pieces of exercise equipment so that they could continue to do PT at home, and this was one of the purchases. They absolutely love it! I thought it was a great value. Both of my sons have large feet, and this was one of the few twisters that could accommodate Men's size 13 feet. I highly recommend it.
