This product is actually amazing for what I needed. Doesn't dig into ur neck or skin at all but adds so much weight and support under the chin. It's fairly comfy too even though it feels snug (size M) but I think right and snug is important for results post-op. Would recommend! Just a couple hours of use and I can tell it's doing way better at the job than the garment given to me by my doctors
