The battery contacts don't work and the little motor doesn't even start. It's a pity, but lately I've often noticed that articles from China are faulty or have incorrect or incomplete descriptions on the article page. Sellers respond to respective reversal requests very late or not at all. I find that annoying and will therefore be more careful with Chinese goods in the future. Then it is better to pay a little more and still have the goods intact.

The device with the balls seems to be faulty, only one "plastic ball" that looks like metal rotates and the other doesn't rotate at all. Since I used the second device, the wand on my face I can't return it for hygiene reasons, it feels good on the skin. I am disappointed in the quality, luckily these products are not too expensive so I don't have to be so upset. I would not recommend this product as it does not meet the high quality description.
