While she's generally satisfied with the surgery, she often complains of still having bloating and feeling like her belly isn't contracting fast enough. Of course, diet and exercise would greatly improve efforts, but I didn't - not really. However, as I found my waistline to be noticeably smaller and toned, I also became a little more careful with what I consumed. A small waist is a pretty big motivator! The belt works and is useful in many ways, including aiding in digestion. After using it, the belt made me feel a little more energized and noticeably lighter.
