   Really excellent customer service and increasing accuracy as you learn to avoid certain words and adopt more appropriate words. The most important feature for me is the off-line package so translation is always available regardless of the availability of wi-fi. I have found increasing effectiveness comes from using the product as you quickly learn language that is and is not effectively translated. People seem to enjoy receiving an earphone for simultaneous translation and are generally astounded at the results. In my opinion real value for money.

   I recently started dating a Costa Rican lady who has limited English skills. Coupled with my limited Spanish skills, these translating earbuds were a lifesaver. With these, we can go to dinner, and have a conversation, we sat outside on my patio and talked for well over two hours, and though the translation is not absolutely perfect, the overall translation quality, I would categorize is very good. Also, the translation is only as good as the grammar, which is being spoken into them. I find that using grammatically, correct, concise sentences, in both languages, produces the best results. Overall, very happy!
