The book has drawings where kids can press their fingerprints to make an animal. It makes finger painting more creative and fun. Also, the paint dries out quickly.    This is essentially a large multi-colored ink pad, so we set out a cup of water and set aside a paper towel so my kids could wash and dry their fingers off between stamping their prints in the included art book. The book encourages creativity and has been a blast for them thus far. I'm worried that the ink will dry out quickly but my kids have put shoe fingers i the water and then stamped the pad in places they felt it was more dry and it has worked great! I bought this for an activity for my 4 and 6 year old to do so that they can avoid all the screen use. It is a great buy.

He loves painting with colors but his fine motion skill is not quite good enough for him to draw with a pen, so you could imagine it's much easier to paint with his hands rather than a crayon. The only thing to watch out is make sure you provide a large blank drawing paper, otherwise you may find colorful mess all over the place. Lol. Well, at least it's not hard to clean up the mess.
