I've used for 10 mins (5 on each thigh) while watching TV and when I have time I use for 5 mins on my stomach.    I have grip problems, so the lightness of this Wahl was better than my other one. While it might not be as powerful as some of the other ones, the vibe is useful. As a massage therapist, I know that it is not so much as intensity but in time the vibration will generate heat in the muscle, that heat will help to liquify/loose the collagen and help with realignment of muscle fibers. I recommend this Wahl for people with strength/grip issues for use on forearms, hands, biceps, neck, face, jaw, and feet muscles. You will need something bigger to address bigger muscles like glutes, calves, low back.

After just one session using gentle massage, my neck was better than it had been in years. This massager has both the ability to apply heat and cold, not everyone responds the same way so you can select which works better for you. If you're treating an area on your lower back you'll want the head with multiple messaging heads but on your neck you'll reach for the single massaging head. The latter also works really well to get those painful knots in your muscles out. As a nurse practitioner I have recommend this product to patients. I would purchase again!

I will try and get a replacement and will then upgrade my rating.***** I have changed my rating to 5 stars since has taken care of my issue.**** My son had surgery on both legs and feet at the same time and it has taken him several months to get right. My middle son got me one of these for Christmas and I let my son use it on his legs and it helped him so much that he has finally after 5 months been able to go back to work.
