   I use this with a large punch ball and in the hallway to avoid running after the ball. When you see an older person who is not confident or refuses to participate..just put the racket in their hand and at least they will defend themselves for a while against the big soft punch ball. These are the cheapest new racquets I could find and have soft, tight mesh fabric instead of mesh.

   Got these for my three and five year old grandchildren who love them. Their mother plays badminton after school with the older kids in kindergarten and the younger kids can't hold the bigger racket. I'm teaching them to start by counting the number of times they can hit the ball with their racket. We have kids racquets, but they're all hard plastic instead of the soft, rubber hit zones they have and don't work at all. This is a much better length and weight for little guys. So glad I found them and even at such an unbelievably low price! great product
