   Broke my tail bone a few years back and am now working in a position where I'm sitting in one position for long periods of time. I also do a lot of crafts at home that require a lot of sitting. This truly keeps the pressure off my tailbone alleviating the pain that occurs during long periods of sitting. I have a set for at home and a set for the office.    We bought these cushions for my chair at work due to recurrent back problems. It is so comfortable that other people like to sit in my chair. I would have liked for the bottom cushion to have straps to keep it in place, but otherwise it helps my back and hips when I'm hurting and also surprisingly when I'm not: the back cushion is adjustable so if i feel I need support a little higher or lower I have that option. Overall good buy, great value!
