   I have a 6 and 3 yr old. A small car that can't fit 2 carseats. I have one car seat for my 3 yr old and have this on my 6 yr old. He loves it. They fight over it at times because she wants the pillow ontop that holds the head. It works perfect for then when they want to nap in the car. I feel they are safe. See I was in a small car accident where I hit the breaks and my teenage girl complained for a week on how the belt hurt her neck and and chest. It's when it occurred to me that if it where my youngest it would have been bad. I believe this would help them by staying in place Incase the belt tightens.

   The only downside to this is sometimes the seat belt doesn't slide easily when you're trying to create enough slack to buckle your kid in, other wise it's perfect. My daughter loves having a pillow, as it is not only soft but prevents rubbing of the seat belt against her neck, and the lower contraption helps keep her little arms at bay and where they should be. Highly recommend.

   I happen to be a short adult so this is actually for me. The seat belt always digs into my neck. This does the trick and is very easy to use and comfortable. I've had different adjusters of the years and I like this one the best because when you take the seat belt off it doesn't get twisted for the next use as virtually all others do. Have no idea how this works for kids but for a short adult it's perfect. My backseat passengers use the neck pillow too which they like.

   I bought this item for my huge 4year old ( A few inches shy of being 4ft tall and about 74lbs.) He is too big for any of the booster seats with the full on harness, which is what I really would have preferred, so I bought this based on reviews and it works great. The seat belt comes down the shoulder across the chest as it should. As you can see in the picture the pillow it comes with is very comfortable. My son really likes it and we have had no issues!    Works perfect for my booster seat for a 6/7 year old. She didn't love the pillow but I have a feeling it will come in handy on a long trip! The seat belt adjuster is awesome and the quality is better than I expected! The snaps are pretty secure when in use and sometimes need to be resnapped during buckling. Totally recommend! I feel like she is much safer with this added protection and comfort. I'll be buying more when the other two get older and need new seating!
