   I have to tell you, I was very skeptical and doubtful that these head and neck rest cushions would relieve the terrible neck and shoulder blade pain I had been suffering from for months. My pain is caused by having to drive everyday for long periods of time to get to work. It took about a week for me to notice that the pain had subsided.    I have a little lower back problem after buying a new car! (maybe just different seating arrangements). Tried those small neck pillows but it's a bit of a separation between my neck and upper shoulders due to them being pea-sized. On that little pillow, my neck was supported but my upper shoulders felt like they were in the air! This pillow is a great help! Now with this I feel like my whole back is properly supported, Plus I can recline the seat a bit more so I have a little better wooden support, and at the same time support both upper shoulder and neck!! Love this pillow
