   The shape of this pillow is perfect. Forget some little random pillow to help with neck pain, this is the real deal. I installed this in my car for long trips and holy smokes what a difference! The elastic that secures it to your headrest feels good but there is an additional vinyl strap to wrap around horizontally that feels kinda cheap but it works great. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who has to spend time in their car and suffers from neck pain.

   I had bit of lower back issues after I bought new car! (may be just different sitting arrangement). Tried those small neck pillow but it is little disconnect between my neck and upper shoulder cause of their small bean like shpae. On those small pillow my neck was getting supported but my upper shoulder were like in air! This pillow was a great help! Now with this one It feels like my whole back is getting supported properly, Plus I can reclin seat bit back more so that gives me bit of better lumber support and have upper shoulder and neck support as well!!
