I was looking for alternatives to use besides clear plastic wraps (the one used for food) as a barrier between my skin & my waist trainers. So happy that I found this! After a few workouts & sweat, obviously the waist trainers would have a funky smell. So purchasing this and then using the waist trainer on top - talk about intense sweat! 😉 love that this is also machine washable! 🥲

Our family health nut is using it to get rid of the last of his gut, which after a 100-lb weight loss, now amounts to 3 tiny rolls of fat that don't even show when he stands up straight.    I ordered an XXL over 3months ago and have been using it on a regular basis with my 3 day a week workout. It definitely helps keep the heart rate up with keeping my core temp up and me sweaty. I've lost over 10 inches in my waist and hips. I'm purchasing another one 2 sizes smaller! This is a great addition to help burn some extra calories. The fit is very smooth and comfortable. I would say that the only downfall (if you wanna see it like that) is my short torso. I can cover from the bottom of my hips all the way over my chest if I really wanted to. I usually just end up tucking it under my sports bra.

My waist is 33” (measuring in line with belly button) and this takes about 1” off my waist line. It's snug enough finally! Why would anyone wear this loosely? It gives me the right amount of core support to keep my posture in check and it's so dang comfortable! I don't even know its on!    So far this is only my 3rd time using this sweat shaper but up until now I have no complaints. When I originally got it I thought it was too thin but it's honestly not a problem because it does the job. And I actually feel like it's a good thing because it's not uncomfortable or too heavy when I'm working out. I'm a thick girl and I'm trying to get fit but I'm not quite there yet. So of course I have a lot of stomach rolls and my big ol fupa. I've had other similar products but I always hated that they either weren't big enough to cover my upper and lower rolls (and I'm only 5'1)so I had to pick which rolls to cover or they would just not stay in place and roll up or roll down. But this waist shaper doesn't do any of that. It stays perfectly in place and covers all the way from my fupa up to my upper back rolls. And of course it makes me sweat like crazy.
