   I have a neurological disorder that causes my hands to go numb when holding my baby. This takes the weight off my arm/wrist and keeps my hand from going numb. It also provides much needed back support. My only complaint is that I carry my baby to the right, the bag has a zipper in the back so it's not easy to access. Overall, I'm glad this product exists!
