Mine came with the syringe along with the pacifier itself, so I'm not sure if the reviewers that didn't get it ended up getting it from a different seller or what. Mine came in the box pictured in the listing with everything included. Giving my daughter medicine is infinitely easier with this gadget and I will be getting it as a gift for everyone around me that is having a baby.

   If you have a kid you need to constantly give medication to this will be your best friend. My son needs to take meds twice a day and three different kinds and this has saved me time and it's comforting for him. It's not easy shoving medication down their throats especially nasty ones and this makes it easier for my little one. He's a champ and my hero for everything he goes through on a daily. Don't think too much and just buy this product. The nurses at the hospital have given me complements on this product so show it off mommas!!!

   Get this before your baby needs it. When our kiddo was in pain and suddenly needed Tylenol I was so thankful to have this at home to use with him. Made it so easy for him to take the medicine without it spilling out of his mouth everywhere or spitting it out or making everything sticky. He didn't even know he'd taken it and was soothed by the pacifier all at the same time. Wouldn't try to give him medicine any other way. It's a bit of a pain to clean but not impossible, just annoying. But that is totally worth it for the benefit of it. So don't let that deter you.

   I feel like every parent should have one of these! As a first time mom I want to feel prepared and ready and being new to it all, I feel like this lessens the chaos and hectic feeling of being a parent. With this, everything is organized, I love the design and function. The booger sucker is my favorite, keeps my baby nose clear, and I feel better using it than one of those outdated hospital ones because you can see the boogies with the clear tube and it just feels like the more hygienic option and also good it doesn't go in my baby's nostrils but stay on the outside. Also comes with a baby thermometer, which is essential to have and a pacifier style medicine dispenser which I find is quite innovative and smart. Overall, I like that everything is convenient, doesn't take up much space, and it just makes sense.
