   I just returned from a business trip and have to say how pleased I am with purchasing this product. I was able to put everything I needed into it...every item has it's place. I packed my laptop, Kindle, chargers, workpapers and files, journal, umbrella, water bottle, pens, traveling documents, wallet and a few other smaller items...easily into the backpack. It fit perfectly on my back, as well as hooked securely on my luggage as I navigated the terminal. The thing that most interested me, besides being able to leave 2 additional bags that I typically pack...but no longer needed because I got everything into the backpack...was how light it seemed even packed with all my items. Excited that I am able to now travel with less bags, but with all items I need. Worth the buy!

   I was a little nervous at first in purchasing this backpack. All of that was put to rest once I received it. I'm a small person and hate how massive most backpacks are that make me look like a little kid going to first grade. This bag is so awesome in it's perfect size for me. All of the pockets on the inside are phenomenal for organizing all the things I need on a daily basis and makes thing easily accessible. Traveling with this bag is even better. They are not kidding when they advertise the antitheft aspect of this bag. It really does take a bit a stress out of traveling and walking around everywhere. The fact that you can plug in a portable battery into it and charge your phone is such a life saver when you travel. I highly recommend this bag for anyone who travels constantly, such as I do.

   So I bought this bag and have had it for a couple of days and so far it works really well and I really like it. Even my girlfriend loved how it functioned. So much so that we ordered a second one just for her. No problems so far but the bag seems well made and I don't anticipate any issues.
   
   
   
   A key highlight with this bag that I love is the ability for it to open up wide so you don't have to dig through to get to the bottom of the bag. Everything is just about within hands reach when you zip open any of the zippers. Like others mentioned, there's no included external battery with the bag (just the cord that attaches to a USB port so you can charge your device from outside your bag). I plan to use this daily as I travel to work and I expect to use this when I'm on travel. Couldn't have asked for a better product.

   This backpack definitely has more pros than cons. I take public transportation alot and recently traveled abroad and felt comfortable and safe with my belongings in it. There is very very minor tear and wear on it but this backpack has gone through all types of weather with me. Thunderstorms, windy days, snow storms and more. So that's amazing. Very practical and functional. Water resistant does not mean waterproof. Keep that in mind. I haven't used the charging port yet but it's nice to know it's there. The bag is hard to clean but since I don't use the charger port I think next time I'll throw it in the wash and then air dry it. The bag isn't meant to be a "fit everything you need bag". But. I can fit about two days worth of clothes it that is all I put in there. If I put one change of clothing I can fit my laptop, a charger (both phone and laptop), a book, my bathroom goodies, a journal and possibly some snacks inside. So it gets the job done. Side pockets are such a great addition to the bag. The front storage is small but you can still get stuff in there. I use this bag everyday. Everyday I'm am so pleased by it. Plus it's extremely affordable (I got it as a gift). So if you buy this bag rest easy knowing you get the money's worth out of it.

   It's not the best bag for a carry on, solely because it is hard to access your passports and other travel documents. You have to take it off and unzip the main zipper to really get anything out of it. But in the end, that's why I chose it! The security of the backpack is amazing.
